Return & Refund Policy

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery only for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Request must be raised within 14 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Returns are not accepted for change of mind or personal preference.


Return Request Process

To initiate a return, contact us at amarmegamart400@gmail.com with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Brief description of the problem

Once approved, we will arrange a return pickup or guide you through the return process.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Prepaid orders: Refunded to original payment method

  • COD orders: Refunded via UPI or bank transfer


Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)

  • Products without original packaging

  • Items marked as non-returnable on the product page


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only.
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.
